TMLT policyholders will receive a 10 percent dividend when they renew their policies in 2019. The dividend — approved by the TMLT Board of Trustees — will save policyholders approximately $12.7 million in 2019 premium.

This is the 14th year that TMLT has declared a dividend, saving policyholders approximately $305 million since 2005. “Our dividend program is one of the strongest and longest paying in the industry,” says TMLT President and Chief Executive Officer Robert Donohoe.

Texas physicians interested in applying for TMLT coverage or learning how this dividend will benefit them can email or call 800-580-8658 and ask for the Underwriting and Business Development Department. Current policyholders will receive detailed information about the dividend before their policy renews.

As the leading malpractice insurance provider in Texas, the TMLT offers policyholders a strong defense and comprehensive coverage. TMLT also offers Trust Rewards, a financial reward program that sets aside funds for policyholders at retirement.
